Shipping Discrepancies

Shipping Discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of receiving an order.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Stock items typically ship within 10 business days. Made to order items typically ship within 12 weeks. During the months of September – March, orders for made to order items can extend to 16 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

USA freight is prepaid on orders meeting or exceeding $2500 USD, shipped in one shipment to one location within the continental United States. Alaska is F.O.B. Port of Seattle, Hawaii is F.O.B. Port of San Francisco.

Canada freight is prepaid on $5,000 USD shipped in one shipment to one location within Canada.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

NASCO Industries, Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

NASCO Industries, Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

International Shipping Policy

NASCO Industries, Inc. does ship outside the U.S. All shipments outside of North America ship using Ex Works terms.
